Iranians mark Ramadan’s Night of Qadr after two years of COVID curbs

Voices of prayers resonate on a night when the holy Quran says angels descend on earth to listen to the wishes of the believers. It’s called Lailatul Qadr, or the night of destiny. The holy night is believed to be the time when the holy Quran was revealed to Prophet Mohammad.
