On Wednesday, during the central Ashura commemoration at Sayyed Al-Shuhada Compound, Hezbollah’s Secretary General, Sheikh Naim Qassem, delivered a speech emphasizing the significant influence of injured fighters from the Islamic Resistance. He highlighted their role in motivating society to emulate the path of Abi Fadl Al-Abbas (A.S.)
Sheikh Qassem emphasized the significance of a hopeful anticipation for the divine appearance of Imam Mahdi (A.S.), asserting that Hezbollah is aligned with the Party of Imam Mahdi (A.S.).
In the political sphere, Sheikh Qassem underscored that the challenge posed by the Zionist entity extends beyond the occupation of Palestine, highlighting its strategic threat to Lebanon and the entire region.
“It is a harmful entity that adversely affects neighboring nations across multiple generations.”
His eminence stated that Israel’s expansion into various countries is shaping a new Middle East landscape and poses a worldwide threat.
Sheikh Qassem stated that Hezbollah confronted what he described as the Israeli adversary on multiple fronts, encompassing human, Islamic, and national dimensions.
Sheikh Qassem underscored over 3,700 Israeli ceasefire violations, noting that the issue of weaponry remains a domestic matter for discussion among Lebanese factions, and emphasized that foreign entities have no right to interfere.
Sheikh Qassem has urged for a Zionist adherence to the ceasefire agreement, emphasizing that threats and pressures are ineffective when dealing with Hezbollah.
