Hezbollah Official Calls for Electing President Who Unifies the Lebanese

Deputy Head of Hezbollah Executive Council Sheikh Ali Daamoush called for following the same sample of national unity admitted in handling the maritime border demarcation file in dealing with the presidential elections.

Delivering his Friday Sermon, Sheikh Daamoush indicated that the US and Saudi embassies in Beirut want a president that divides the Lebanese and stir sedition in the country.

Sheikh Daamoush added that Hezbollah wants a President that unifies the Lebanese, defends the nation against the enemies and fights corruption.

The rhetoric of dialogue must be adopted by all the Lebanese political parties while addressing the public issues, adding that provocations will lead to nowhere.
