According to IRIB World Service, addressing today’s worshippers in Tehran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami said: “Iran’s pride is in its resistance, not in the table of negotiations and that spreading of this resistance is in the interest of the country and the system.”
The Ayatollah stressed that the enemy was forced to draw back in confrontation with the Iranian nation’s resistance, adding, the diplomatic efforts coupled with the nation’s support for the negotiating team bore fruit.
Leader of today’s prayers pointed out that the enemies of the Islamic Republic opposed the activities of centrifuges for scientific researches, adding, today by the nation’s resistance and the scientists’ efforts, nineteen thousand centrifuges are active in this field.
Addressing Iran’s negotiating team, Ayatollah Khatami said: “The nation trusts you as much as it does not trust the US and other western countries and that it is expected to be more cautious in order to not to be surprised by the enemies plots.”
