Houthi leaders assert that US actions will not alter Yemen’s position

Since the commencement of Israel’s military offensive in Gaza over a year ago, which has reportedly led to the deaths of more than 50,200 individuals, Yemen has launched numerous operations targeting Israeli sites.

In a televised address on Thursday evening, coinciding with the eve of International Quds Day, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi declared that the Yemeni people remain resolute against what he described as American aggression, regardless of its magnitude.

A spokesperson for the Houthi movement has declared that there is no valid rationale for the United States to conduct military strikes on Yemen. The Houthi representative accused the US of initiating attacks on their nation concurrently with the onset of what they described as the genocidal conflict in Gaza, asserting that these actions were intended to bolster the Zionist regime.

The leader of Ansarullah has reaffirmed Yemen’s longstanding stance against Israel, asserting that Yemeni forces are actively opposing what he described as aggression from the United States.

Houthi has asserted that the United States’ actions against Yemen lack justification, stating that these operations are being conducted in contravention of the US Constitution.

The measures are being initiated solely to bolster the Zionist entity and to weaken the Yemeni people’s support for Palestine, sources suggest.

The leader of Ansarullah has issued a call to action, urging every segment of Yemeni society to turn out in large numbers for the Quds Day rallies.

Quds Day serves as a poignant reminder to Muslims of their obligations and responsibilities towards the sanctities associated with the Palestinian people and the injustices they face.

Houthi noted that this year’s observance of Quds Day aligns with exceptional events across multiple areas, most notably the continuing violence against Palestinians in Gaza, widespread hunger, and unprecedented assaults on the population.

He asserted that a coordinated and highly visible political and media initiative is currently being conducted by the United States and the Zionist regime, aiming to remove the Palestinian issue from the agenda and advance Israel’s expansionist goals.

The United States administration has shifted its focus towards the displacement issue concerning the Palestinian population, with discussions of peace and reconciliation presently absent from the agenda. Meanwhile, efforts by the Israeli government to assert control over the al-Aqsa Mosque compound and the forced eviction of Palestinians from the West Bank persist without interruption.

The Houthi movement has emphasized that the resilience demonstrated by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, amid severe hardships and extensive oppression, represents a significant milestone in Palestinian history.

In a significant development, Lebanon, alongside other entities, has expressed support for the Palestinian people. The statement highlighted the pivotal role of Hezbollah in assisting Palestinians and backing Palestinian fighters, noting that the organization has made considerable sacrifices in its efforts.

A Houthi official stated that Yemen has significantly supported Palestinians across numerous sectors and has been involved in military initiatives involving missile and drone strikes within the occupied regions. Additionally, Yemen reportedly obstructed the movement of vessels associated with the Israeli government.

Houthi highlighted the significant contributions of Iraqi resistance groups in supporting the Palestinian cause, but he reserved his highest commendation for Iran’s role in these efforts.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has been instrumental in backing the Palestinian nation and the resistance front, providing crucial support through military advisory roles. This support has been notably demonstrated during Operations True Promise I and II.

A statement from Houthi has emphasized the significant influence and vital role that Iran plays, which is recognized by its adversaries. Consequently, these adversaries are allegedly exerting pressure on the Islamic Republic as part of what has been referred to as a ‘maximum pressure’ campaign.

The leader of Ansarullah criticized the United Nations for its inability to implement effective actions against the Zionist regime’s alleged crimes and the killings of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

Houthi has criticized the United Nations Security Council, asserting that it prioritizes the security interests of dominant global powers while neglecting the safety and well-being of the Palestinian people and other regional and oppressed communities.

The Houthi movement has asserted that the ambitions of the Israeli government reach beyond the Palestinian territories into additional Arab nations.

He called on Arab nations to implement measures to counteract the perceived threats posed by Israel.

The leader of Ansarullah issued a warning to countries in the region, urging them to remain vigilant against potential U.S. strategies. He suggested that Washington aims to manipulate these nations to serve Israeli interests.
