Palestinian Red Crescent: 14 staffers being held hostage by ‘Israel’

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) announced that fourteen of its employees, whose current whereabouts are unknown, have been kidnapped and detained by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.

In a post on X, the PRCS noted that “The Israeli occupation continues to detain 14 PRCS members, whose whereabouts remain unknown. Their families and colleagues are deeply concerned for their safety, as there are reports of torture and humiliation based on testimonies from released colleagues.”
 
Moreover, the PRCS “urgently” called on the international community to “intervene and pressure Israeli authorities to immediately release our detained teams.”
