Defense Minister: Iran, key security provider of Strait of Hormuz

Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said the country is the key provider of Strait of Hormuz’s security.

“Security situation necessitates that we would be in the best level of readiness,” he said as highlighting the strategic position of the Persian Gulf in economic, political and international relations.

Vahidi warned that Persian Gulf’s security would be endangered for all if someone wants to put its security at risk.
