ISIL Intensifies Suicide Operations against Armed Groups in Rural Aleppo

The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Thursday that four gunmen were killed in a suicide car bomb attack at Kabbasin level crossing in the Bab city.

The operation was carried out by a gunmen belongs to the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), the Observatory added.

Information also revealed that ISIL killed an ’emir’ in a rival group in the eastern region of Aleppo province.

Syria was hit by a violent unrest since mid-March 2011, where the Syrian government accuses foreign actors, mainly the Saudi Arabia and Turkey, of orchestrating the conflict by supporting the militant opposition groups with arms and money.

Today hundreds of armed groups, including terrorist takfiri brigades affiliated with Al-Qaeda, are battling both the national army and each other, complicating any efforts to reach a political settlement.
