Top ISIL Member Killed near Iraq’s Qa’im

The operation, ended in the killing of the top ISIL member Sami Jassim Mohammad Al Jabouri, also known as Haji Hamad, and one of his close aides, took place “in early hours” of Thursday, the council said in a statement, Ria Novosti reported.

“All personnel safely returned to their base,” the statement added.

ISIL is a terrorist group notorious for its human rights abuses, including multiple kidnappings and killings.
