Iranian Students in Lebanon support Zarif active diplomacy

Iranian Students in Lebanon on Tuesday appreciated the initiatives and active diplomacy of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif vis-a-vis the western media propaganda campaign against Iranian nuclear program.

According to IRNA, they said in a statement, “We, the members of the Islamic Association of Iranian Students in Lebanon express our support to Zarif and his colleagues’ diplomatic campaign to unravel the propaganda campaign of the western governments. We appreciate the Iranian diplomatic efforts concurrent with his visit to Lebanon, an important country of the region in light of its standing in international politics.”
Opening a new page in Iranian diplomacy in the international scene based on détente and explanation of country’s stance vis-à-vis major challenges are among the characteristics of Iran’s diplomatic campaign.
They said that Foreign Ministry’s efforts brought great achievements for the country and the Islamic Republic of Iran and that the Iranian diplomacy has taken a true path to present a correct image of Iran to the world.
