Iran’s Intelligence Minister Stresses Iran’s Sustainable Security

Despite being located in a volatile region, Iran enjoys sustainable security, Iranian Intelligence Minister Seyed Mahmoud Alavi stressed.
“Despite the fact that security in certain areas and regions of the regional states is not durable, the Islamic Iran enjoys sustainable security in all arenas,” Alavi said, addressing the Iranian people from the Southern province of Khuzestan.

He underlined that despite enemies’ attempts to impair Iran’s security, the country is on the path of progress and development with high security in every parts.

In relevant remarks in January, Iran’s former Police Chief Brigadier General Esmayeel Ahmadi Moqaddam praised his forces for their unsparing efforts to enhance the country’s security, and underlined that Iran is the safest country in the region.

Ahmadi Moqaddam said that thanks to close cooperation and coordination among Iranian government bodies, military, security and intelligence forces, the police had been able to stabilize security situation in the country.

He further added that police forces had been able to foil enemies’ divisive plots to insecure the country.

The police chief described Iran as the anchor of stability for the entire region.
