Jordanian captives in zionist jails ask for legal backing to their issue

The Palestine prisoners’ center for studies said that the Jordanian prisoners in Israeli occupation jails plan to start a hunger strike on 2nd May and have asked for support.
The center’s spokesman Riyadh Al-Ashqar said that the prisoners wish to shed light on their issue and to ask for certain humanitarian demands.
He said in a press release on Sunday that the prisoners had sent a message to his center asking for the formation of a legal committee that would call for their release based on the peace treaty between Israel and Jordan.
The prisoners said that the committee should also ask for their rights in accordance with principles of the international law, Ashqar said, adding that they ask for arranging visits for their fathers, mothers, wives, and children.
He said that the prisoners also asked for sending a medical team to check out on their health conditions and provide them with appropriate treatment.
