Iraqi F-16 jets striking ISIS targets in Syria

Iraqi combat jets conducted airstrikes on reported self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL) positions near the city of Hajin in eastern Syria, as shown in footage released by the Iraqi Ministry Of Defence on Thursday.

The Iraqi F-16s’ mission in neighbouring Syria was conducted in coordination with the Syrian Army, reports say.
