Syrian Army makes their way through ISIL’s front-lines in east Homs: Video

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) continued to make their way through the Shumriyah Mountains in the northern countryside of Palmyra to join the fight in areas still under control of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), shows exclusive RT footage from Tuesday.

The Syrian Arab Army has recently resumed their offensive activities in the eastern countryside of Homs, following a successful operation south of Palmyra.

With the Al-Sha’er Gas Fields almost cleared, the Syrian Arab Army will turn their attention to the last mountain chain linking the Hama and Homs governorates.
