Israeli military aircraft have carried out another act of aggression against Syria, targeting positions in the country as the Tel Aviv regime continues its airstrikes against the crisis-hit Arab nation alongside its bloody onslaught against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Israeli military announced in a statement that its fighter jets attacked infrastructures in Syria early on Sunday morning.
The statement asserted that the strike was in reaction to rocket fire several hours earlier from Syria toward the occupied Golan Heights. The projectiles reportedly fell in open areas.
There were no immediate reports about the extent of damage at the facility, and possible casualties.
