KSA, Israel unite to force US do their bidding: Alan Hart

Saudi Arabia is teaming up with Israel in a bid to force US President Barack Obama to give in to their demands in the Middle East, author Alan Hart tells Press TV in an interview.

“I honestly think that the new alliance that is emerging in the Middle East is actually Israel and Saudi Arabia because they think that together they can still oblige an American president to do their bidding,” Hart said on Sunday.

He added that Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime are leading the new military government in Egypt in a bid to avoid any establishment of democracy in the country.

“Saudi Arabia wants to put the lid on reform and democracy and that is the overriding consideration behind what is happening,” he said.

Hart stated that Egypt’s army chief, General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, is taking pieces of advice from Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, and the “Saudis are really getting engaged behind the scenes.”

The renowned author went on to say that the Saudi kingdom is worried about possible establishment of democracy in the Persian Gulf state of Bahrain.

“I don’t think the Saudis are frightened of the government of Bahrain falling. I think what they’re worried about most is that there might be real progress in Bahrain to reform and democracy. I think that’s the bottom line for the Saudis,” he stated.

Hart’s remarks come two days after another analyst proposed that Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime have better merge to form a single entity as they have “everything in common.”

“Since both the Israeli and Saudi regimes have everything in common – including a shared contempt for the Americans who prop them up – it seems logical that they should merge into a single country: The Zio-Wahabbi Empire of Saudi Israelia,” Kevin Barrett wrote in an article published on Press TV website on Friday.
