7 ISIL Leaders Killed in Iraq’s Al-Karma District

The commander of the 3rd battalion in Karmat Fallujah brigade Colonel Ahmed Karim al-Nayel said in a statement, “the security forces carried out a large-scale military operation to cleanse Abadi area in al-Karma District, killing seven Arab leaders belonging to ISIL, Iraqi News reported.

the statement added that three vehicles used by ISIL to launch attacks against the army and police were destroyed during the operation.”

Nayel added, “Intelligence information indicated to the presence of 300 ISIL members in the district, as dozens of ISIL members were killed during the cleaning battles.”
