Islamic Revolution anniversary marked in Ecuador

The 31st triumph anniversary of the Islamic Revolution was held in Quito, capital of Ecuador on Thursday evening.

Some Ecuadorian officials including Vice President Lenin Moreno, president’s advisors, first and second deputies of parliament speaker, 400 high ranking officials and some foreign diplomats participated in the ceremony, IRIB reported from Caracas.

IRI Ambassador in Ecuador, Majid Salehi in a speech pointed to the history of the Islamic Revolution’s victory under the leadership of the Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini and briefed on the scientific achievements of Iran in different fields during the past 30 years.

He referred to the eligible right of Iran in using peaceful nuclear energy and slammed the illegal approach of some western countries against the Islamic Republic of Iran in this regard.

Videos of latest Iran’s achievements in the fields of economy, culture, and tourism were screened in the ceremony.
