Israel Seeks War, as Iran Stands Fully Prepared, Source Reports to Press TV
An informed Iranian source conveyed to Press TV that the Israeli regime is aiming to prolong the conflict, and Trump seems to be supportive of this stance.

A source, who requested anonymity, stated on Monday that Iran anticipates the forthcoming meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump to be similar in nature to their discussions prior to the 12-day conflict.
An anonymous source stated, “The Israeli regime is pursuing conflict, and we question whether Trump would object. We are also fully prepared.”
According to the source, Iran views these meetings as “deceptive,” asserting that all decisions have been made prior to the discussions.
In light of the recent U.S. proposal for negotiations with Iran, the source commented, “If Trump assumes that we would have confidence in a diplomatic agreement following a military strike on our nuclear program, then he is not an adept negotiator.”
“Unless there have been any developments—though indications suggest otherwise,” the source highlighted.
In a statement, the source emphasized that during periods of conflict, the prospect of peace remains elusive. It is only upon emerging from such turbulent times that there can be contemplation of peaceful resolutions.
On June 13, Israeli forces carried out a targeted operation against Iran, resulting in the assassination of several high-ranking military commanders and nuclear scientists, along with civilian casualties.
On June 22, the United States initiated military operations against Iran, targeting three nuclear sites within the country. This move is seen as a breach of the United Nations Charter and the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
On June 24, the Israeli government, facing isolation, unilaterally announced a cessation of its military actions, with the declaration made on its behalf by the US president.
