Jalili: Islamic Awakening movements oppose Zionist regime

Bright achievements of the resistance movement in the region over the past decade serve as a successful pattern for nations in the Middle East to follow suit, Secretary of Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili said on Tuesday.

He made the remarks in a meeting with the Sudanese president’s special envoy.

Jalili said that the Islamic Awakening movements in the region indicated the democratic potentials of the Islamic nations in opposing Tel Aviv regime.

He said that the hegemonic powers mislead public opinion of the Middle East nations from the threats posed by the Zionist regime.

‘The innate nature of aggression of the Zionist regime jeopardizes peace and security in the Middle East.’
