Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei visited the latest scientific achievements by Iranian researchers and scientists on Monday.
The exhibition included achievements in aerospace, microelectronic, renewable energy, nanotechnology, information technology, and medicine.
Last week, “Iran’s comprehensive scientific map,” which has been compiled to organize the country’s scientific activities, was unveiled.
The compiling of the roadmap took three years and more than 2,000 experts worked on it for about 300,000 hours. The scientific map will be implemented in 15 years.
The roadmap is expected to achieve eight general goals in science and technology including education, defense, aerospace, and nuclear.
The construction of nuclear power plants, nuclear fusion and manned missions to space are the main objectives of the map.
