Lebanese Army deploys forces in the border town of Naqoura, following the withdrawal of zionist occupation troops
On Monday, Army Command declared the commencement of its military deployment in the Naqoura border region.

The zionist Army Command declared on Monday that its military units have commenced deployment in the border town of Naqoura, located in southern Lebanon, following the withdrawal of Zionist occupation forces.
According to a report by LA Post on the X platform, the deployment was orchestrated with assistance from UNIFIL forces and aligned with a meeting of a five-member ceasefire monitoring committee in Ras al-Naqoura. The meeting was attended by Amos Hochstein, a senior advisor to US President Joe Biden, and coincided with the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the town.
In the upcoming phase, the specialized units are set to finalize their deployment and embark on an engineering survey of the town, as part of efforts to clear unexploded ordnance, according to a recent statement. Consequently, the army command has urged citizens to avoid entering the area and to strictly follow the instructions given by military personnel until the conclusion of the deployment.
