Last battle for Aleppo approaches as terrorists intensify attacks on city
For the third time this week, terrorists have attacked the government-held districts of Aleppo city, causing several explosions around the provincial capital.
According to a military source in Aleppo, terrorists of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham fired more than 30 missiles towards Al-Neel Street, Al-Khalidiyah District, and Al-Zahra’a Association Quarter in the northwestern part of the provincial capital .
In response to this attack, the Syrian military unleashed a barrage of missiles towards the terrorist-held suburbs of Al-Layramoun and Kafr Hamra in northwestern Aleppo.
With a large number of pro-government troops recently moving to northwest Aleppo, terrorists know a massive offensive is coming.
The Syrian military wants to clear these last terrorist-held suburbs in a bid to reopen the Aleppo-Gaziantep Highway for the first time in years .
