Los Angeles construction companies discriminate against workers

A new report shows the US city of Los Angeles has a black job crisis, where black workers are being widely discriminated and being kept from the workplace. The report, from the Los Angeles Black Worker Center, says the inequality is most apparent in construction jobs, where African-Americans make up only two percent of the workforce.
