Main killer of Abu Khudair convicted of murder

The Israeli district court in Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday convicted the main suspect in the July 2014 murder of the Palestinian teenager, Mohamed Abu Khudair.

According to different news reports, the court rejected a plea that 30-year-old Yosef Ben David was not responsible for his actions and found him guilty of killing and kidnapping Abu Khudair in Jerusalem.Ben David is to be sentenced next month.

Two Jewish youths who helped him abduct the teen, who was bludgeoned, strangled and burned alive in July 2014, were sentenced last February, one to life imprisonment and the other to a 21-year prison term.
