Majlis maintains trust in Minister of Economy

Islamic Republic of Iran parliament maintained confidence in Minister of Economy Shamsoddin Husseini following a heated impeachment Tuesday over the recent banking sham.

141 lawamkers voted against the impeachment bid out of 244 on attendance.

93 lawmakers voted in favor of the bid and the rest abstained.
