Mobile Film and Photo Festival to be held in Tehran

Iran is planning to hold the second Mobile Film and Photo Festival HQ in the capital city of Tehran to expand individual creativity among people.

The year’s festival will offer a main section that will host the works with different subjects, the secretary of the festival Hamid Khani announced.

The event also includes two side-sections titled Tehran from Mobile’s Viewpoint and University from Mobile’s Viewpoint.

A particular section titled Artists’ Viewpoint has been dedicated to the professionals’ works.

Iran’s art critic Mehdi Moqimnejad was named as the secretary of the photo section while the eminent director Mehrdad Oskuei has been selected as the secretary of the film section.

The festival has been organized by Iranian organization for online shopping services, Digikala, and the Marketing Communication Group (MCG) with collaboration of Iran’s Technology Development and Digital Media Center.

The second Tehran Mobile Film and Photo Festival will be held from September 12 to 19, 2014.
