Musk Hints at Potential Support for US Presidential Candidate in Upcoming Elections
Elon Musk, a prominent US entrepreneur, has hinted at the possibility of his America Party endorsing a future presidential candidate. However, he emphasized that securing seats in the US Congress remains a priority for the party over the next year.
According to a statement posted on X and reported by TASS, endorsing a presidential candidate is under consideration; however, the primary emphasis over the upcoming 12 months will be directed towards the House and the Senate.
Earlier, Musk, identified as the world’s richest individual, declared the formation of the America Party following the results of a poll conducted on his X platform account.
On June 30, a US billionaire entrepreneur advocated for the establishment of a third political party in America, adding to his ongoing critique of Trump’s key legislation aimed at reducing federal expenditure. On July 4, Trump enacted the tax and spending bill into law following its approval by the Senate.
