Turkey holds military exercise near Syria border

Turkey has staged a military exercise near its border with Syria as armed groups fighting against the Damascus government intensify their attacks.

Ankara has reinforced its border troops with tanks, missile launchers and armored combat vehicles in recent weeks.

Turkey is supplying terrorist groups fighting against the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad with military and communication equipment.
