Obama follows former US policies against IRI

The performance of US President Barak Obama’s government during the past one year indicates that he has been following former government’s policies against the Islamic Republic of Iran, IRIB correspondent in New York reported.

Seeking to isolate Iran, interfering in the country’s internal affairs and ignoring Iranian nation’s right to use peaceful nuclear technology are among the measures adopted by the Obama’s administration against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Some political analysts believe that Obama’s double standard policies against IRI have thickened the wall of suspicion between the two countries and removed the hope of improving IRI-US relations.

There is also the idea that Zionist and neo-conservative groups in the US Congress which oppose Iran’s peaceful nuclear program are leading Obama in his opposition with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Recently, Senator Lieberman expressed hope in a press conference in the occupied Al-Qods that the US Senate would take up an Iran sanctions bill at its next session in January to press President Barack Obama to tighten pressures on Iran.
