Palestinian MP calls for necessarily opening Gaza crossings

MP Jamal al-Khudari, head of the popular committee against the siege, stressed the need for opening all Israeli-controlled commercial crossings with the Gaza Strip.

In press remarks, MP Khudari said that the isolation of Gaza from the outside world exacerbated the humanitarian suffering of the population in all aspects of life, which became much worse after the last Israeli war.

“The continued closure of Gaza crossings and the blockade in all its form are mass punishment against two million citizens,” he added.
