Qatar initiates talks with Britain for» investments«

According to the newspaper “Financial Times” that Qatar has initiates the talks with British government to invest about 15 $ billion dollars in vital projects to the British infrastructure.

The newspaper has mentioned that officials and ministers of the two countries held talks about projects that could be invested by Qataris, and the possibility of establishing a special fund for this purpose, but till now there is not yet agreement on the timetable of these investments.

“Financial Times” adds that among these probable projects, power stations, roads, rails and others, in addition to the construction of nuclear reactor in Somarset County worth about 21 billion dollars will be created by French “EDF”.
