Recent surge of Israeli airstrikes killed 15 Palestinians
At least 15 individuals lost their lives in airstrikes across Gaza on Wednesday, following an announcement by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the military would resume operations "in full force" within the Palestinian territory.

According to reports from the Palestinian Wafa news agency, referencing Red Crescent medical personnel, an Israeli drone strike targeted a tent in the vicinity of the al-Mawasi humanitarian zone, resulting in the deaths of two civilians and injuries to five others.
This development follows a statement from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who announced the resumption of military operations “in full force,” asserting, “This is just the beginning.”
According to reports from the Wafa news agency, an airstrike occurred overnight into Wednesday, resulting in the deaths of a woman and a child north of Khan Younis. Meanwhile, in Gaza City, another airstrike claimed the lives of four individuals.
The health ministry in Gaza has not yet released the number of casualties resulting from the most recent airstrikes.
On Tuesday, Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip resulted in the deaths of at least 412 Palestinians and left over 500 others injured. This action marks a significant escalation, effectively ending a ceasefire that had persisted for nearly two months.
Since October 2023, Israeli military actions have resulted in the deaths of over 48,500 Palestinians, the majority comprising women and children, and have devastated the Gaza Strip.
In November of last year, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, citing allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza.
The Israeli government is currently facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice concerning its military actions in the region.
