Scores of ISIL Militants Killed in Army Attack in Syria’s Sweida

The army said that its troops carried out a surprise operation against the ISIL gatherings in Tal Sa’ad in Tal Asfar area, some 35 kilometers to the Northeast of Sweida city, which left a number of the militants dead or wounded.

The ISIL military equipment and vehicles were also destroyed in the army attack.

On Monday, provincial sources said that two main concentration centers of the militant groups in Kherbat Saad and al-Qasr in Southern Sweida province came under attacks by the Syrian army, in which at least 10 terrorists were killed.

The sources said that ten militants were killed and many other were wounded after their gatherings came under the army’s offensives in Kherbat Saad and al-Qasr.

The two concentration centers seemed to be main depots for the militants’ military equipment which also suffered heavy damage in the army attacks.
