Seyed Hassan Khomeini: Current the Islamic awakening movements expected

Hojatoleslam Seyed Hassan Khomeini, grandson of the late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini, said here on Saturday the current events in the region were predictable.
He made the remarks during the ceremonies marking the 22nd departure anniversary of the late Imam Khomeini, launched at Imam Khomeini Mausoleum in southern Tehran on Saturday morning and attended by several million Iranian mourners, foreign and domestic personalities.

Expressing satisfaction over the Islamic awakening movements in the regional countries, the grandson of Imam Khomeini added: ”What we are witnessing in the region is in line with the Islamic Republic movement with the motto of ‘Neither East nor West; Islamic Republic’.”

Millions of Iranians from different walks of life have gathered at Imam Khomeini Mausoleum in southern Tehran to mark his 22nd departure anniversary.
