Sheikh Qassem Underscores Hezbollah Military Readiness to Confront Any Israeli Aggression on Lebanon

Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed on Friday that the Zionist enemy commits all the sins of occupation, criminality, and imposition of sanctions in order to plunder Lebanon’s rights resources.

During a video conference held by Hezbollah Educational Department on the Birthday of Sayyeda Zainab (P), Sheikh Qassem pointed out that the Lebanese are left with two choices–surrendering to the enemy’s will, which will lead to a total loss, or keeping commitment to the resistance path, which will be certainly fruitful despite all sacrifices.

In this concern, Sheikh Qassem reiterated that the military readiness of the Islamic Resistance would prevent the Israeli enemy from launching any aggression against Lebanon.

His eminence affirmed that the only solution for the crisis in Lebanon is through the formation of a government on the basis of the national consensus and away from the foreign interventions and pressures.

If the concerned  officials in Lebanon reach an agreement, the West and the United States will be forced to accept it, according to Sheikh Qassem.

“The escalating economic crisis, which is “suffocating” the Lebanese people, imposes on the officials to reach an agreement, away from any foreign consideration.”

Hezbollah Deputy Chief pointed out that the US sanctions would not lead to any solution, adding that they would just complicate problems in Lebanon.

Sheikh Qassem stressed that Hezbollah supports rebuilding the state with all is institutions as it forms an efficient partner for parties seeking solutions for the economic and social problems.
