Supreme Leader names this year as The Year of Political Epic and Economic Epic

The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has named the year 1392 solar hijri as The Year of Political Epic and Economic Epic for the Iranian nation.

In a televised message on the occasion of the commencement of the year 1392 solar hijri on the Iranian Calendar, The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei referred to the progress of Iranian nation in the past year, especially in the political and economic confrontation with the Global Arrogance, while noting that the future horizon of the year 1392 is highly promising and coupled with progress and Jihadi presence of the Iranian people in political and economic scenes. The supreme Leader emphasized that with this outlook, we named the year 1392 as the Year of Political Epic and Economic Epic.
The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei noted that with divine blessings, we hope that the economic epic and political epic would materialize this year upon the efforts of the Iranian nation and the devoted officials.
In further remarks, The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei said that in our confrontation with the Global Arrogance in the year 1391 solar hijri, it seemed that the enemies were tough on the Iranian nation and sacred Islamic system. Meanwhile, in appearance, it seemed the enemy is hard on us. But the fact of the matter was that the Iranian nation had emerged victorious in all fields.
Furthermore, The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei noted that the enemies of Iran said that they want to paralyze the Iranian nation through imposition of sanctions. But, they failed, and thanks to divine blessings, we made several major accomplishments in different arenas.
The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei added in another part of his remarks, “Regarding the isolation of the Iranian nation, the enemies couldn’t restrict our international and regional policies. Conferences such as the Non-Aligned Movement Summit with the presence of a large number of the heads of state and officials of world countries were held in Tehran making it the opposite of what the enemies had wished. It showed that the Islamic republic not only is not isolated but the Islamic Iran and our dear nation is looked at with glorification and respect in the world.”
The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei also stressed that the year 1392, based on the Divine grace and the Muslim nation’s effort, will be the year of progress, dynamism and preparedness of the Iranian nation; not in the sense that the enemies’ hostility will be decreased but in the sense that the Iranian nation will be more ready and more effective and that they will build their future with their own hands and capability.
Considering the upcoming presidential election, The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei stressed, “God willing, the Iranian nation, with its presence in the scene, will be able to register a bright future for the country and themselves.”
