The Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei told a large gathering of Shii and Sunni Clerics in Kermanshah province western Iran Wednesday night that Islam was enjoying a third stage of popularity in the world following the recent regional movements as well as the anti-Colonialism movement in the west, adding that Muslim Alims had a double function in the current situation.
