Palestinian resistance groups applaud Hezbollah’s attacks on ‘israel’
Hamas and other Palestinian resistance groups have commended Lebanon's Hezbollah for its "powerful and precise" retaliatory strikes against Israeli positions, describing the operation as a significant blow to their adversary.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Palestinian organization declared that the attacks convey a clear signal: Israel’s “terrorism and crimes against both Palestinian and Lebanese populations will not go unanswered.”
Hamas declared that Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, which have resulted in civilian casualties, constitute a “blatant violation of all international laws and norms.” Additionally, Hamas cautioned that the United States would be “fully accountable” for any resulting consequences.
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance group stated that “the airstrikes demonstrate that the Zionist adversary comprehends solely the language of force and is only discouraged by the efforts and attacks of the resistance fighters.”
“We commend our brothers in Hezbollah for their operation deep within the occupying force and their successful execution of daring and brave actions, reaffirming their unwavering stance and keeping their commitments.”
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that Hezbollah’s early Sunday operation, hitting key strategic targets of the Zionist opponent, was a fulfillment of a brave decision and a kept promise.
“Hezbollah chose to respond despite facing numerous threats, acts of intimidation, and the mobilization of US military forces intended to safeguard the Zionist entity and intimidate our citizens and country with violence.”
It stated that Hezbollah’s brave operation challenges all policies of submission, degradation, and the movement towards normalization and collaboration with the criminal Zionist regime.
“This mission stands as a powerful example for all warriors and honorable individuals, encouraging them to oppose the Zionist adversary and its collaborators, while intensifying their efforts across all battlegrounds.”
In a separate statement, the Media Office of the Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine asserted that the robust reaction by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon demonstrates that “neither American nor Western forces can shield the Zionist entity from the strikes and retaliations of the resistance.”
“The qualitative actions carried out by the Islamic Resistance demonstrate Hezbollah’s ability to infiltrate deeply into Zionist areas, highlighting the weakness of Zionist deterrence and defense mechanisms.”
“Regardless of their actions, the Zionist army will fail to secure lasting safety for their vulnerable establishment.”
“We express our respect and pride in their astute leadership, which steadfastly supports and upholds our people and resistance in facing the Zionist-American military aggression and crimes.”
Hezbollah, the Lebanese resistance group, executed an extensive counter-attack deep within Israeli-occupied regions, labeling it the initial phase of their response to the assassination of senior commander Fuad Shukr in Beirut in July.
According to Hezbollah, they launched over 320 rockets targeting 11 different Israeli locations and military bases.
A Hezbollah rocket attack struck an Israeli naval vessel, reportedly resulting in the deaths of several Israeli soldiers.
Hezbollah launched strikes in response to what Israel described as a preemptive assault on southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah has dismissed the accusations as baseless assertions.
In the meantime, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has convened a security cabinet meeting to address Hezbollah’s attack.
The government has announced a 48-hour state of emergency, leading authorities to mandate the closure of all universities and beaches in Haifa until further notice.
