Terrorists’ infiltration attempts foiled, their gatherings destroyed

Army units pounded Saturday terrorist groups’ gatherings and dens in various areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists’ ranks in lives and equipment.

Foreign terrorists killed in large-scale operations in Damascus Countryside

Terrorists of Chechen and Turkish nationalities were killed in army operations that targeted terrorist groups’ gatherings in various areas in Damascus Countryside.

Army units killed all members of several armed terrorist groups in al-Mleiha farms and Ein Tarma valley in Eastern Ghouta. The terrorists’ weapons were destroyed.

Qaderi al-Sheikh Baker from Chechnya and Lawrence al-Bashqati from Turkey were identified among the dead, in addition to Abdulrahman al-Zarqawi and Ammar al-Tout.

The army intensified operations on Joubar axis from the eastern side and destroyed several terrorists’ dens, leaving a number of them dead and wounded. Emad Matar and Mohammad Omar Juha were among the dead.

A unit of the armed forces eliminated a 6-member terrorist group affiliated to the so-called Islamic Front in Adra al-Balad.

A terrorists’ den containing weapons and ammunition was destroyed in Aliyeh farms in Douma area, with all the terrorists inside getting killed.

In the northeastern countryside of Damascus, army units killed many terrorists and destroyed an amount of weapons and ammunition in al-Rheibeh town and Jairoud area.

All members of a terrorist group were killed on the road linking the towns of Deir Meqren and Afrah in al-Zabadani area.

Terrorists’ dens were destroyed as a result of several operations that were carried out in Khan al-Sheikh and Drousheh.

Increasing numbers of terrorists killed in Aleppo

A military source told SANA reporter that the Army and Armed Forces units foiled an attempt of an armed terrorist group to infiltrate from al-Rashedeen and Bani Zaid area into the safe areas in Aleppo, killing a large number of terrorists.

Army units killed big numbers of terrorists during targeting their dens and gatherings in Aleppo and its countryside.

A military source told SANA that army units killed many terrorists, injured others and destroyed their weapons after targeting their gatherings in al-Lairamoun, al-Ameriyeh and the villages and towns of al-Jandoul, Handarat, Khan al-Asal, Deir hafer, al-Atareb, Tal Jabin, Ain Jara, al-Shiekh Said.

Earlier, army units foiled a terrorists’ infiltration attempt from al-Rashideen and Bani Zaid toward safe areas in Aleppo, killing many terrorists.

Army storms terrorists’ hideout in Hama, kills scores of them and seizes weapons

A military source told SANA that the army stormed into a terrorists’ hideout in Hama city, killing a number of the terrorist groups’ members, including their leader, and seizing 8 machineguns and a sniper rifle.

Terrorist groups eliminated in Daraa

Army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the area between al-Herak and al-Kark towns, in al-Bajabeja neighborhood, to the north of the old customs HQ and Busra al-Sham town, destroying a number of their vehicles during targeting their gatherings in the area surrounding Jordan Street, Bilal al-Habashi Mosque and Journalists Building in Daraa city.

Army units also killed many terrorists near Samlin-Zamrin crossroads and to the northern west of Samiln in Daraa countryside, destroying a number of their motorcycles.

Terrorists killed and wounded in Homs

Units of the army and armed forces killed and wounded terrorists and destroyed their dens and criminal tools in Homs countryside.

According to a military source, an army unit targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Kafr Laha, Taldao, Talaf in al-Hula and in Khaleej Kisen in al-Rastan in Homs countryside, leaving them killed and wounded.

The source added that other units wiped out many of the terrorists in the village of Aydoun in al-Rastan countryside and west of Hassya and Tall al-Kanz and Kherbet al-Khabieh in the southern countryside of al-Qssier and destroyed weapons in their possession.

The old city of Homs on Friday was declared a safe and free of weapons and gunmen.

Terrorists dens targeted in Idleb

A military source said that the army units killed and injured terrorists and destroyed their criminal tools in Bennish, the vicinity of al-Hahmdieh and Khan al-Sobol north of al-Insha’at in Idleb countryside.

The source added that the army targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the areas of Kifr Haya, Sarja, Bazabour and near al-Arba’een Mount in Idleb countryside, killing and injuring scores of terrorists, many of them of non-Syrian nationalities.

Army units eliminate terrorists in Deir Ezzor

Units of the army eliminated scores of terrorists, some of them are foreigners, and destroyed a weapons cache and a number of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns in several areas in Deir Ezzor city.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that a unit of the army destroyed 4 terrorist cars and a weapons cache and eliminated scores of terrorists, including foreigners.
