Thousands of Mauritanians Participate in Opposition Protests

Thousands of Mauritanians participated on Friday in the protests held by the opposition electoral alliance in the capital Nouakchott.

The protestors demanded certain measures which guarantee the transparency of the presidential elections set to be held next June.
