Top Iran Commander announced that the all objectives of the Great Prophet 19 naval exercise successfully accomplished

Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, Commander of the Naval Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) of Iran, announced the successful achievement of all objectives in the Great Prophet 19 naval exercise. The operations, which included various maneuvers, effectively targeted and hit simulated enemy targets.

During a press briefing in Bushehr, located in southern Iran, the commander stated on Sunday that the exercise had been evaluated highly, with all objectives successfully achieved.

During the military exercises, a variety of missiles were launched, including both shore-to-sea and surface-to-surface types, each with differing range capabilities, according to his explanation.

In a recent development, the Navvab missile was successfully launched for the first time, providing air defense for the Martyr Soleimani-class vessel. The missile achieved its objective by accurately striking its designated targets, as confirmed by Tangsiri.

The commander announced the deployment of cruise and ballistic missiles, alongside advanced Qadr missiles, with the strategic objective of enhancing range and precision in response to electronic warfare countermeasures.

Rear Admiral Tangsiri stated that the exercises were designed to enhance the preparedness of the IRGC naval forces against potential adversarial actions, while simultaneously conveying a message of peace and friendship to neighboring nations.

The Great Prophet 19 naval maneuvers were a component of the annual Eghtedar (Power) exercise series, which also saw a recent land-based operation executed collaboratively by the IRGC and Army forces in Iran. These exercises spanned regions including the western province of Kermanshah and the central province of Isfahan.
