Ansarullah forces capture strategic mountaintop in southern Yemen

The Houthi forces reportedly captured Jabal Jalis inside the Lahj Governorate on Tuesday after a violent battle with the Saudi-led Coalition in southern Yemen.

According to Al-Masirah TV, the Houthi forces and their allies captured Jabal Jalis after an intense three day battle.

The capture of Jabal Jalis on Tuesday has positioned the Houthi forces within striking distance of the strategic Al-Anad Military Airport, which is currently under the control of the Saudi Army.
