Hamas denies Sinwar has social media accounts

The information office of the Hamas Movement has denied that senior Hamas official Yahiya Sinwar has personal pages on social media websites, including Twitter and Facebook.

The office on Wednesday warned of taking and publishing information from such fraudulent and fake social media accounts impersonating Sinwar.

It called on all media outlets to deal with the official website of Hamas and other accredited sites when taking any information or remarks pertaining to Sinwar.
