Palestinian Resistance Groups Disrupt Israeli Regime’s Plans

The retaliation of the Palestinian Resistance Factions through rocket attacks and their steadfastness during the recent aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip have upset the plans of the Israeli regime.

In a statement released on Saturday evening, it was declared that the latest round of combat with the occupying Israeli authority has further strengthened the opposition front. The Zionist adversary wrongly assumed that the moment was right for the assassination of Palestinian resistance leaders, yet it was a severe miscalculation.

The umbrella group reported that Israeli military personnel had anticipated the recent attack on the Gaza Strip to be over quickly, but were taken aback by the level of preparedness of the resistance fighters and their quick reaction to air strikes.

The Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions issued a warning to Israel, cautioning them against using the policy of targeted killings. The factions declared that the resistance fighters are prepared with their fingers on the trigger, and will not hesitate to retaliate if the Tel Aviv regime chooses to carry out assassinations.

The Palestinian resistance factions paid tribute to those who lost their lives in Israel’s most recent attack on the Gaza Strip, declaring that the deceased resistance fighters had thwarted the Zionists’ schemes and malevolent plans.

The leader of Islamic Jihad has expressed his gratitude to Iran and Hezbollah for their support.

Ziyad al-Nakhalah, the Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance movement, has expressed his deepest appreciation to all those who showed support to the movement, especially Iran, Hezbollah, Egypt, and Qatar, during Israel’s recent attack on Gaza.

He declared to al-Mayadeen television news network, which broadcasts in Arabic in Lebanon, that the Palestinians will never be conquered because they are resilient and that their leaders become martyrs.

Nakhalah declared that Israel had attempted to drown Palestinians in their own blood, and to induce them to experience despair and humiliation, however the al-Quds Brigades – the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad movement – successfully thwarted the enemy’s plans.

The Chief of Islamic Jihad declared that, after the Israeli aggression and its subsequent escalation, every city in the occupied territories had been considered as a valid target by al-Quds Brigades members and other Palestinian resistance forces.

He expressed his gratitude to members of Palestinian society from all backgrounds who stood in solidarity with those living in the besieged Gaza Strip, noting their unwavering support of Palestinians despite their own hardships.

“Our weapons are at the ready,” Nakhalah declared, “and our fighters are prepared for any oncoming conflict. We will finish this battle vigilant and resolute.”

Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Israeli minister for so-called national security, has urged the administration to allow a military offensive against leaders of Palestinian resistance in the West Bank, which is under Israeli occupation.

Ben-Gvir, when speaking to the members of his far-right Jewish Power party, advocated for the Tel Aviv regime to use the same policy of targeted killing in the West Bank as it does in the Gaza Strip.

At 10 p.m. local time (1900 GMT) on Saturday, a truce between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group in Gaza was reportedly established by Palestinian officials.

Egypt, having been the mediator of the ceasefire, implored all parties to comply with the arrangement.

Egypt has declared that a ceasefire between the Palestinian and Israeli sides has been agreed upon, according to a text of the agreement seen by Reuters news agency.

The agreement between the two sides states that once the ceasefire takes effect, there will be an end to targeting civilians, demolishing homes, and targeting individuals.

According to Gaza’s health ministry, at least 33 Palestinians, with 13 of them being civilians, have been killed and 147 others have been wounded in the most recent Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.
