Video- New US drones meant to crash into human

It is small, quiet, challenging to see, but has the potential to be deadly. The US Army is planning to use a new type of drone. It is called, “Switchblade,” a miniature kamikaze drone.

The automated flyers can shoot missiles and drop bombs that can cause civilian casualties and extensive damage, which has fueled popular anger with the United States in Pakistan.

It can be called off at the last moment, even after a kill mission has been ordered. But some who study the use of drones have their doubts. Some feel that the technology could usher in a new type of warfare that allows people to enter the market easier.

Some who have seen war first-hand feel this technology will only add to the problem.

Human rights organizations are lobbying Congress against the use of drones. They are concerned over covert operations and little oversight by lawmakers.
