The Syrian military continued to air-drop food and other emergency aid into the eastern city of Deir ez-Zor, Saturday.
Reportedly a batch of fuel was mistakenly air-dropped over the Al Rashidiya neighbourhood of the embattled city.
Hundreds of residents gathered around the building where the canopy fell and collected the fuel from the ground.
Forces of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) are continuing to fight to gain control of positions held by the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL) in and around the city.
