Yemeni people ready to confront global arrogance: Al-Mashat
Mahdi al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council in Yemen, underlined Tuesday that Sanaa is keen to train and qualify all the people of Yemen, including state and government leaders, in preparation for any eventualities or confrontation with the forces of global hegemony and arrogance led by the United, Britain, and the Israeli occupation entity.
His remarks came during a military exercise, in which he took part, involving state and government leaders, inaugurating a general mobilization on the official front as part of efforts to enhance readiness and preparedness for the fourth phase of escalation in support of Gaza and the Palestinian people recently announced by the Yemeni Armed Forces.
The spokesperson for the YAF Yahya Saree announced the inauguration of the fourth phase of escalation by targeting ships heading toward occupied Palestinian ports.
Saree outlined three measures: targeting violating ships, immediate implementation, and imposing sanctions on ships related to supplying occupied Palestinian ports if “Israel” invades Rafah.
Al-Mashat, along with senior government officials, including prime ministers and heads of the parliament and the advisory council, carried out a symbolic exercise at one of the rehabilitation camps following their participation in various combat training exercises and live-fire drills as part of a multifaceted military rehabilitation program.
