US not after eradicating Takfiri terrorism: Supreme Leader

Leader of Islamic Umamh and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei says the United States has never been seeking to root out Takfiri terrorism, but it is rather making efforts to preserve some terror groups in the region to advance its goals.

Supreme Leader made the remarks in a meeting with Chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI) Ammar Hakim and his accompanying delegation in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Sunday.
