Karbala crystallization of loyalty to covenant of obedience

“Karbala tragedy was the crystallization of loyalty to main covenants with God Al mighty, namely, obedience and assistance,” said Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought.

Speaking in the mourning ceremony for Martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH) and his companions,
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought Ayatollah Araki made remarks over the tragedy of Ashoura counting the event as the crystallization of loyalty to two main covenants with God Al mighty (i.e. Obedience and assistance), reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

According to the President of Iran Top unity center the event meanwhile displays the breach of the aforementioned covenants by those who sided with the tyrant of that time and stood against the infallible Imam (PBUH), his households and companions.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the grand Ayatollah pointed to what God Almighty commands human kind in his saying , “And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Qur’an), and be not divided among yourselves,” stressing the blessing of fraternity can be only attainable with Imamat.

“Imam is the governor and it is incumbent upon others to abide by his commands,” said Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought noting human kind’s behavior should be formed based on God’s Commands and not on his passion.

“When we accept the issue of Imamt, we should help and assist the infallible Imams,” said the senior cleric stressing a pious person is the one who accepts and considers these two main responsibilities.

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought urged Muslims to abide by Islamic ordinance and commands, adding divine leaders in the societies consider the principles set by God Almighty and based their behaviors on these rules.

To Ayatollah Araki, the event of Karbala is the day when all of righteousness stood against all of falsehood and during the time the army of Yazid committed far and away the most worst crimes against Imam Hussein (PBUH) and his friends.
